It depends: powerful strobe lights are brought on-site to capture individual artworks, while ambient and track lighting work best for installation views.
• Does pricing include all editing and post-production?
Yes.
• What file formats do you provide?
Each image is shared in three file formats: a full-resolution Tiff (~120-140MB), high-res Jpeg (~10-15MB), and email/Instagram-friendly low-res Jpeg (~1-2MB).
• What is the turnaround for receiving images?
3-7 days depending on workload.
• What if I need final images adjusted?
Upon request, clients may receive two free rounds of revisions; additional revisions cost $100 each.
• Are you insured?
